We're a privately-held, founder-funded healthcare company headquartered in Destin, Florida. Every product we ship — the EHR, the patient app, the exchange, the pharmacy, the chain — is built in-house and owned by us.

Built by a physician and an engineer who got tired of waiting.
Conceptual Healthcare Corporation was founded by Dr. Maria R. Lahti, a practicing physician, and Raymond M. Lahti, a software engineer. They watched American healthcare price-discriminate against the people it claimed to serve, gate basic continuity of care behind insurance churn, and treat patient data like a corporate asset instead of a personal one. They started building the system they wanted to use — and never stopped.
The company is wholly owned by its two founders. We take no venture capital. We sell no patient data. Every line of code, every clinical workflow, every smart-contract on the chain was written by people who answer directly to the founders.
Doctrine
Four principles. No exceptions.
1. Integrity in all we do. Every clinical decision, every line of audit log, every line of code answers to the same standard. We don't have a fast track and a slow track.
2. The patient owns the data. Always. Period. Records, scans, axis history, family graph — all of it lives in a vault the patient holds the keys to.
3. Built by us. Owned by us. If we ship it, we built it. No white-label EHRs, no third-party billing engines, no licensed AI we don't control.
4. The Master Equation is the floor. Health is multi-dimensional or it isn't health. We refuse to ship a product that reduces a person to a single biomarker.

720 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. The corporation is a Florida-domiciled C-corp. Our flagship clinic, the founders' personal practice, and our engineering pods all operate from the same campus. There is no Silicon Valley office. There is no DC lobbying arm. The chain runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
