Cookie Policy
We use the minimum cookies needed to keep you logged in, secure your session, and run the products. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell behavioral data.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary. Session cookies that keep you logged in, anti-CSRF tokens, and load-balancing cookies. These cannot be disabled and do not require consent under GDPR.
Functional. Preferences (theme, language, last-opened tab). Set only after you change a preference.
Analytics. First-party, server-side aggregation only. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker. Aggregate counts (page views, error rates) are stored in our infrastructure with no path back to your account.
Advertising. None. We do not run advertising and do not place advertising cookies.
Your controls
Browser-level cookie controls work as expected. You can block all non-essential cookies and the products will continue to function (you may lose preferences). Inside the patient app, the Settings → Privacy screen offers granular controls.
Do Not Track
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When GPC is enabled in your browser, we treat the request as an opt-out of any non-essential processing.
