Terms of Service

Use the products, follow the rules, get the full benefit. Below is the legal text. The one-line version: don't impersonate clinicians, don't game the chain, don't sell your account, and we won't kick you off.

1. Agreement

By creating a Conceptual Health account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms (Clinical EHR, hc.exchange, Pharmacy, etc.) presented at sign-up. If you don't agree, don't use the products.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create your own account. Minors register through a guardian flow. You must provide accurate identity information; we run KYC at sign-up via Stripe Identity.

3. Acceptable use

Don't impersonate a licensed clinician you're not. Don't manipulate axis ratings or chain transactions to mine HCR you didn't earn. Don't use the platform to harass other users, share PHI you weren't granted access to, or run an unauthorized commercial service. Don't reverse-engineer the Master Equation to misrepresent outputs.

4. HCR & HCC

HEALTHCOIN™ (HCR) is earned through verified health behavior and redeemable for goods and services we publish. HCC is earned through opt-in research participation and tradeable on hc.exchange. Neither token is a security under our published legal opinions; nothing in these Terms constitutes an offer to sell securities. Tokens have no guaranteed exchange rate to fiat; we do not promise appreciation.

5. Clinical care

Clinicians on the platform are independently licensed. We don't practice medicine; we provide the rails. Care decisions are between you and your clinician. The Master Equation is a wellness model, not a diagnostic tool.

6. Account security

You're responsible for the passkey on your device. We provide recovery methods (security keys, recovery contacts, in-person at our flagship clinic) but we cannot recover an account where every recovery method has been lost — that's a feature, not a bug.

7. Termination

You can close your account anytime from settings. We can suspend an account for violations of §3, fraud, or court order. We post a public transparency report annually with aggregate suspension counts.

8. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that wearables you connect will be accurate, that the chain will be free of forks, or that HCR/HCC will hold any particular value.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability for our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited by law (such as personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Disputes

Florida law governs. Disputes go to arbitration in Destin, FL, except small-claims matters and equitable claims for IP. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@conceptualhealth.com.

11. Changes

We post material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. You may close your account at any time without penalty.
