Is this a healthcare company or a crypto company?
Healthcare. The coin is a payment rail, not the product. The product is a measurable model of health (the Master Equation), an EHR built around it (Clinical), a patient app that scores it (Guardian Orb™), and a data marketplace that funds research from it (Datavault + HCC). The token system makes the incentives align — that's it.

CH = (S × Sp)C × (T + E)p × (ER × RS)C/3 — a patent-pending mathematical model of multi-dimensional wellness. Is HCR/HCC a security?
We have legal opinions saying neither is a security under US law because they're consumption tokens — HCR is earned through behavior and redeemed for benefits, HCC is earned through consent and redeemed for research access. We are registered with FinCEN as an MSB and treat both as commodities.

The corporation is privately held by its two founders, founder-funded, and built entirely in-house — no satellite offices, no outsourced engineering, no third-party stack. One headquarters, one team, one company.

Who funded it?
The founders — personally. Conceptual Healthcare Corporation is a privately-held Florida C-corporation, capitalized entirely from the personal funds of its two founders. No outside capital has been raised. No SEC filings are on record. We will publish a cap table the day we sell the first share to a non-founder. Until then, the answer to "who has board control?" is: the founders, fully — with future investor and independent seats reserved by charter for the moment they're warranted.
