The Lahti family
founded this company.
A husband-and-wife team — one operator, one physician — who put their names on the door because they would have to sleep next to the consequences. Conceptual Healthcare Corporation is the corporate operator. The Lahti family wrote the original Master Equation paper, capitalized the company, and seated the first Trust Council. They still hold founder seats on the Board of Directors.

Founders sign their names and their licenses.
Most healthcare companies are run by operators or by physicians; almost none are run by both. Raymond writes the operating standards; Maria signs the clinical floor. When the Master Equation says an axis moved, both names are on the methodology. When a clinic opens, both names are on the consent.
If Raymond writes a rule that violates the medicine, Maria can stop it before it ships. If Maria writes a clinical protocol that violates the company's covenant, Raymond can stop it at the operator. Neither has done so quietly. The minutes are in the SEC filings.
